Welcome to META Ad Catalog, a service provided by SiteWave Creative ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web application, including any content, functionality, and services offered through catalog.sitewave.ai (the "Service").

  • Connect social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) for content publishing
  • Publish advertising content to connected social media platforms
  • Collaborate with team members on advertising campaigns
  • Track and manage advertising content across multiple companies

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.

4. Social Media Integration

4.1 Third-Party Authorization

The Service allows you to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts through Meta's OAuth authentication. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and publish content on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant.

4.2 Third-Party Terms

Your use of Facebook and Instagram through the Service is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms and policies.

4.3 Disconnection

You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Service settings. Upon disconnection, we will no longer have access to publish content on your behalf, but previously published content will remain on the respective platforms unless you delete it directly.

5. Content and Publishing

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, create, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use Your Content
  • Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SITEWAVE CREATIVE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiteWave Creative and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the effective date of the changes. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
